I’m Anna Lam, the Founder of Penguin Payment Solutions. We specialize in connecting business owners with the ideal merchant services they deserve. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible clients and projects across the nation, earning their trust by optimizing their payment systems, pricing, and service.
When I’m not immersed in work, you can find me exploring New York City with my kids, indulging in my curiosity by listening to thought-provoking podcasts, or enjoying solo time and catching up with lifelong friends. I am also passionate about supporting organizations that make a difference in the lives of underprivileged children.

Charlie Burwinkle
My passion is helping entrepreneurs grow their business. After 15 years as a relationship banker, I realized business owners needed a consultative advocate to help them navigate payment processing. I became a trusted payments partner empowering businesses to select optimal technology, pricing and contract terms. Over the last 21 years I have been fortunate to build lasting relationships with hundreds of entrepreneurs and guide them in the process of turning their passions into successful enterprises.
I grew in Albuquerque and moved to Phoenix 3 years ago. I graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelors in Economics and while attending UNM I worked as an authorization clerk in a local banks credit card division.
I love dogs, traveling, playing golf and studying the Civil War.
Jon Hanson
I have an extensive history in both B2C and B2B marketing, and have been working in that world for more than two decades. My career began as a radio DJ before moving into the marketing and promotions side of the radio industry, eventually holding Marketing Director positions for multiple radio stations in the Midwest. My next move took me into professional sports, spending six seasons as the Marketing Manager for the Minnesota Timberwolves of the NBA.
More recently I have owned a digital marketing agency and bring all my years of marketing expertise to the Penguin Payment Solutions team. I do voice over work on the side, recording narration and commercials. I live with my wife in the Pheonix area, along with our spoiled dog Lucy. In whatever spare time I have, I enjoy traveling, music, hiking, golf and co-hosting a popular podcast.
